A 9-year-old’s stationery store

She wanted to sell stickers and notebooks to her class. We took her seriously. The store is hers, the code is hers, the orders go to her mom’s phone.

I expected a deck. I got a clickable, working app in 6 days from three different teams. That's when I understood what they meant by "factory".

The "pay 30 days after delivery" thing was the only reason I said yes. It moved all the risk off my plate. The agency was solid anyway.

Why your wallet is safe

You don't pay in full until 30 days after delivery.

60
Max 60% during build. Keep your leverage until the thing actually works.
30
Final payment 30 days after delivery. Time to use it. If it doesn’t work, you don’t release it — and the agency doesn’t hand over the source code.
©
You own the IP from day one. The source repo transfers to your account on final payment — after you’ve verified the software works.

Honest expectations

What does it actually cost?

Final price is set by the agency you pick. These are the realistic ranges we see across projects. The bidding does the haggling — not you.

No markup. The agency quotes you a price; that's exactly what you pay. We take a flat platform fee from the agency, not from you.

Common questions

What buyers usually ask before posting an idea.

If something else is on your mind, write to us. A human replies within one working day.

I'm not technical at all. Will I be able to do this? +
Yes — that's literally who this is for. The form is in plain English. We do a 20-minute call to translate it into a brief. The agency handles the building. You review prototypes by clicking around them, like an app. No code to read.
What if all three prototypes are bad? +
You're not obligated to pick any of them. You don't pay for prototypes that miss the mark — that's part of the agency's cost of bidding. We'll either rebrief, send to different agencies, or refund you fully if you decide it's not the right time.
Do I really own the code? +
You own the IP from day one — the contract assigns full IP with no license carve-outs. The actual source repository transfers to your account when you make the final 40% payment, typically 30 days after delivery. During the 30-day hold the working software is running and you can verify it does what was promised. The agency holds the repo until then because it’s their only real leverage to be paid. If you don’t make the final payment, you don’t get the source. We think that trade is fair.
What's the minimum I have to pay upfront? +
It depends on the project size and the agency you pick — but our recommendation, baked into every contract template, is a milestone schedule that caps in-progress payments at 60%. You're never sending half your money before there's something to look at.
How are you different from Upwork / Fiverr / a freelancer? +
Three big things: (1) real prototypes, not bids — agencies build, they don't pitch. (2) AI-first vetting — we screen on shipped code from teams whose daily stack is Claude, Codex, and Gemini. Stale shops don't make the cut. (3) payment protection — milestones, code review, 30-day post-delivery hold, IP transfer baked in. Nothing about it is a free-for-all.

One brief.
Three working prototypes.
Final 40% paid 30 days after delivery.

Ten minutes to describe what you need. We reply within one working day. The worst that happens is you learn what your idea actually costs to build.
