For AI-first software agencies

Build the brief. Ship the code. Get paid.

We send pre-qualified buyers your way. You quote, you build, you ship. Buyers pay you milestone-by-milestone after each delivery — same as any contractor relationship. The final 40% — and the source code — transfers only after a 30-day post-delivery review.

Why agencies join

Most agencies spend 30–50% of their time on sales. Calls that go nowhere. Proposals that get ghosted. Discounting. We took that off the table.

Curated deal flow

Buyers fill out a 10-minute brief. We translate it into a real spec, then send it to three agencies. No tire-kickers, no “just curious” inquiries — we pre-qualify before you see anything.

No sales work

You don’t pitch. You build a real prototype against a real brief, in 5–7 days. The buyer picks based on shipped work, not a deck. If they pick you, you both sign the standard contract.

Source code as leverage

Milestone-by-milestone payment, no escrow gymnastics. The buyer doesn’t get the source code until the final 40% clears — that’s what gets you to the finish line. Our recommended contract bakes this in.

Code review feedback

Every submission gets a senior code review. You’ll get the kind of architecture, security, and prompt-design feedback that’s usually only in expensive consulting engagements. Free input on your craft.

Legitimacy by association

We’re strict on who gets in. Being in the network is a credential — we’ll back you when buyers want references, and we’ll happily say which agencies passed the gauntlet.

You set the price

We don’t mark up your quote. We don’t take from the buyer. You quote what the work is worth; we take a flat platform fee from you, paid on milestone completion. No hidden margin.

Who we’re looking for

You’re a fit if

  • You’re a 2–10 person team with a senior engineer who can lead architecture.
  • Your daily workflow uses Claude Code, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, or Windsurf — not just installed, but in your actual commits.
  • You’ve shipped 3+ working products with real users.
  • You can take a brief and ship runnable code in 5–7 days.
  • Your code is readable. Your repos are clean. Your senior engineer welcomes review.

You’re not a fit if

  • You’re a solo freelancer (no senior + builder split).
  • You’re a legacy WordPress / agency shop that recently “adopted AI” for marketing.
  • Your portfolio is mockups and case studies but no live products.
  • You take 14+ days for what should be a one-week build.
  • You get defensive about code review.

The application gauntlet

Same vetting we describe to buyers on how we vet agencies →. Roughly 76% of applicants don’t make it through. Here’s the path.

Stage 1 · Build test

Ship a real prototype in 5–7 days

We send a brief from a past project, anonymized. You ship runnable code in a repo. Not slides. Not a Figma file.

Stage 2 · Code review

Senior reviewer reads every commit

Architecture, security, prompts, data flow, error handling, test coverage. Written feedback, pass or fail.

Stage 3 · AI workflow

Show your daily stack on screen

30-minute screen-share where you walk through your real working day. We verify the AI tooling you claim is actually how you build, not how you advertise.

Stage 4 · Re-review

Quarterly check-ins

Once you’re in, we re-test every 90 days. The tools move; the network does too. Stale workflows get cycled out.

How payment works

No escrow. The buyer pays you directly after each milestone is delivered and accepted — same as any contractor relationship. We don’t mark up your quote; we take a flat platform fee from you when the milestone clears.

You quote
Whatever the work is worth
Fixed-bid. We don’t set the price. We don’t mark it up. The buyer sees and pays exactly what you quoted.
Platform fee
~12% flat · you
Taken from the agency side, not added to the buyer side. Paid out per-milestone as you deliver.
Milestone schedule
20 / 20 / 20 / 40
Buyer pays each milestone after you deliver it. Final 40% pays 30 days after the last delivery — and that’s when the source code transfers to them.

Things agencies usually ask

What if a buyer ghosts after I’ve done milestone work?
Honestly: there’s a chance, and we won’t pretend otherwise. We don’t escrow funds — buyers pay you milestone-by-milestone after each delivery, the way any contractor gets paid. If a buyer ghosts after milestone 1, you’ve lost milestone 1’s work, no more. We can’t legally pursue them on your behalf. Your real protection is what the buyer actually wants: the source code transfers only after the final 40% payment. The working software runs during the 30-day post-delivery hold so they can verify it does what was promised; the repo doesn’t move to them until they pay. Buyers who’d ghost can usually build it themselves with AI now — not the buyers we send your way. We pre-qualify hard.
What happens if I lose the bid? Do I get paid for the prototype?
No — that’s the deal. The build-test prototype is a sunk cost on your side, the same way pitches are. We try to minimize this by only sending agencies briefs they have a real shot at — we don’t spam every brief to every agency.
How many briefs will I see per month?
It depends on fit and capacity. We currently send 8–15 qualified briefs per month across the network. Each brief goes to 3 agencies. So a typical agency in good standing sees 2–5 briefs per month they can bid on.
Can I be on this and freelance / take direct clients?
Yes. We’re not exclusive. The only ask is that work for our buyers takes priority on agreed timelines, and you don’t poach our buyers for off-platform work for 12 months after a project closes.
What about geography? Time zones?
No restriction. We have agencies in North America, Europe, India, and Latin America. As long as you can do clear async writing in English and at least one synchronous call per week with the buyer, you’re fine.
If we’re rejected, can we re-apply?
Yes — after 90 days, with a different build-test brief. Most agencies that fail stage 1 or 2 the first time can’t pass on a re-try without significant change in their workflow or team. The agencies that come back stronger are the ones who took the code review seriously.
